JINYA Ramen Bar Levels Up Its Loyalty Program and App for the Ultimate Customer Experience

Fast-growing ramen restaurant concept partners with Paytronix to improve loyalty offerings for fans

As proof of that dedication, the beloved ramen brand has partnered with the digital customer engagement experts at Paytronix to overhaul its loyalty app and reward program. JINYA is furthering the “surprise and delight” approach of its previous loyalty program with the introduction of a new points system, giving customers the chance to redeem points for the rewards of their choice.

JINYA’s new loyalty program offers members a variety of perks, including rewards, easy points accrual, and discounts:

  • Registration Reward: New members will receive 50 points when they register.
  • Birthday Reward: Members receive a FREE Birthday Dessert Plate to celebrate their birthday.
  • Anniversary Reward: On the anniversary of joining JINYA’s loyalty program, guests will get a free small plate with purchase of any ramen bowl.
  • We Miss You Reward: JINYA will welcome members back with 50% off any bowl of ramen.
  • Dollar-to-Point Conversion: Guests will receive one point for every dollar spent at JINYA.

Points Redemption:

  • 100 points: Choice of pork or vegan gyoza, crispy rice with spicy tuna or brussels sprouts tempura.
  • 200 points: FREE Signature Tapas plate, which includes three pieces of gyoza, two pieces of crispy chicken and one spicy tuna taco.
  • 300 points: ramen or rice bowl of choice.

Points Conversion:

  • Guests will receive an automatic $15 reward once they reach the 400-point max threshold. This reward will be applied to their next visit.

The new program and JINYA app update will go live the week of Dec. 19, with the goal of reaching 500,000 users within the first six months after activation.
